Are you at least 18 years old and want to learn how to help your loved ones? Then become a mental health first-aider too!

DID YOU KNOW! 📍

Every year, around one in four people in Luxembourg suffers from a mental illness. Everyone knows someone close to them who suffers from a mental disorder, or has suffered from one for a time.

In collaboration with the D’Ligue the ANIJ through the Carte Jeunes and the Jugendinfo service are pleased to be able to offer you a free mental health first aid course.

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?📍

Mental health first aid courses teach basic knowledge about different psychological disorders and crises. As a first aider, you’ll know how to approach a person showing signs of mental disorder or going through a crisis, how to help, support and inform them, and even how to encourage them to seek professional help and strengthen their resources.

Mental health first aid courses are organized by the Centre d’Information et de Prévention de la Ligue Luxembourgeoise d’Hygiène Mentale, which holds an international MHFA license to run mental health first aid courses.
